Kat Larson

Originally a California Native, Kat moved to Washington in 2007 and quickly developed a love for the state. She graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor;s Degree in Psychology in 2011, while simultaneously obtaining her Substance Use Disorder Professional license. She worked in behavioral health for 11 years, specifically in the treatment of substance use disorders in adults at the residential level of care. It was here she developed her skills in motivational interviewing, leadership, and public speaking.

In 2023, Kat decided to pursue her passion in real estate as her next career. In 2025, she became the secretary of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Hispanic Real

Estate Professionals, Seattle chapter. Simultaneously, she sat on the Board of Directors for the Seattle King County of Realtors Young Professionals Network. Recently, she was elected to serve as the 2026 Board President for NAHREP’s Seattle chapter. Community and collaboration are fundamental to her professional philosophy. Connecting people with their dream home, or their dream team is incremental to her work.

Kat is a mother of two and has been married to her husband for 11 years. Her favorite things to do when not negotiating the best deals for her clients is to drink coffee, buy new plants, and ask strangers if she can pet their dogs. Despite leaving her prior career behind, Kat continues to speak to patients who are actively pursuing recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Although she is only 2.5 years into her real estate career, she hopes to help make a positive impact on the lives of her clients and the communities they live in for many more years to come.
