At 30 years old, my mindset journey has led me to the most extraordinary experiences. My beautiful mama passed away when I was 18 years old from ovarian cancer. As painful as that has been... I learned to use that as permission to squeeze as much juice as possible out of life. I am a twin, a paranormal researcher and spiritual development fanatic, cat mom, world-traveler, a musician, a CrossFit coach, and a business coach and spiritual teacher.

It has become my greatest life's mission to crack the code on what it means to truly look within to find the answers and get rid of the icky stuff you've accumulated that's no longer serving you. Now, I get to teach that process to other people and it has changed everything I thought I knew about life, success, and happiness.
