In 2002, our founder, a chef by trade, chose the name Red, White, & Brew for his local, Arizona restaurant to showcase that our BOLD American entrees are of the highest quality and are to be enjoyed with our curated selection of red wine, white wine, and beer. At RWB, almost all of our menu is made from scratch right here in our kitchen. You’ll find our warm, welcoming dining room complemented by a full bar and dog-friendly patio where you’re treated as family and friends by our amazing Team.
