Ever since its founding at Harvard University in 2021, the China Innovation and Investment Conference (CIIC) has been dedicated to bringing together the world’s top innovation and investment leaders, focusing on cutting-edge opportunities and entrepreneurial challenges in global technology and business. Over several years of rapid development, the Conference has hosted more than 150 high-profile speakers and panelists, drawing over 2,000 attendees. Building on this strong foundation, we established the C² Institute as the Conference’s key platform and extension. C² Institute’s mission is to serve as a powerful hub for international innovation and collaboration—by assembling premier resources and networks, identifying and nurturing high-potential innovators and startups, and propelling them to shine on a larger stage. We firmly believe that innovation and entrepreneurship are vital to economic and social progress, serving as a driving force that propels our era forward. To further this vision, C² Institute plans to conduct a diverse range of activities beyond the annual Conference, including startup competitions, pitch events, and Innovator Rankings. By uniting outstanding talent from across the innovation landscape, these initiatives will address global development trends, technological transformations, and the future trajectory of the economy—ultimately contributing to a more dynamic global entrepreneurial ecosystem.
