I’m Ayana Johnson—a public speaker, author, philanthropist, and mental health professional passionate about helping people live whole, purpose-filled lives. With a master’s degree in mental health therapy, I blend clinical insight with faith-centered encouragement to support individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and confidence in who they are created to be.

I’m the founder of ResemblingRUTH, a nonprofit dedicated to helping women recognize their beauty in Christ and build authentic sisterhood, faith, and emotional wellness. I’m also the visionary behind The ESCAPE Conference, a transformational experience designed to promote mental health, spiritual growth, and personal breakthrough for both men and women.

In addition to my ministry and speaking work, I’m the owner of Therapist Ayana Johnson, LLC , reflecting my passion for both purpose-driven impact and entrepreneurship. I strive to use every platform I’m given to inspire healing, confidence, and lasting change in individuals and communities.
