The Conscious Leadership Collective (CLC) is a collective of former and current educators and creatives united by one conviction: even helpers need help.

We exist to support the people who spend their lives supporting others. Our work spans education, small business, HR, corporate, and government sectors — because we believe every organization has the potential to positively impact its community when it is led with intention, grounded in experience, and supported by people who have genuinely been in the room.

Our services include coaching, professional development, leadership development, consulting, sports programming compliance reviews, athlete education and support, special education compliance reviews, and parent, family, and advocacy support.

The Brave Educator Project lives within the CLC — one of several initiatives we lead to serve those on the front lines of education and community work.

We are not outside experts parachuting in with frameworks. We are former and current practitioners who have done the work, lived the tension, and now move radically to support those who do the helping.

Conscious leadership is not a title. It is a practice. And it belongs to every organization willing to do the work.
