The Colorado Placement and Referral Alliance (CoPRA), a chapter of the National Placement and Referral Alliance (NPRA), is a community of senior care professionals committed to elevating how seniors and families are served across Colorado.

We focus on connection, education, and ethical collaboration—bringing together placement agencies, senior living communities, and industry partners who share a commitment to doing this work the right way.

What We Do:

• Advocacy – Supporting policies that protect seniors, families, and professionals, while promoting transparency and trust in placement services.
• Education – Hosting regular educational events and discussions designed to address real challenges in the senior care and referral space.
• Best Practices – Upholding a strong Code of Ethics that ensures integrity, accountability, and high-quality service for every family served.
• Connection & Growth – Creating meaningful opportunities to build relationships, strengthen referral partnerships, and grow together.
