Since our founding in 2006, we’ve dedicated ourselves to improving the quality of life for all Central Baltimore residents. At heart, we are a problem solver — the one to turn to for support no matter what you’re going through.

Our nonprofit is exceptionally good at leveraging private, philanthropic, and institutional resources to strategically fill in the gaps. Intentional community change occurs here. From start to finish, we deeply listen to the voices and vision of our community partners.

We’ve worked with over 150 partners, including nonprofits ranging from small neighborhood associations to large universities and hospitals, businesses of all sizes, and government agencies active in the eleven neighborhoods of Central Baltimore.
