Ripple Intent

Ripple Intent

Ripple Intent started with a simple observation: no amount of policy or process fixes a team's engagement problem, because engagement is a people problem. When founder Kyle Majchrowski found other organizations running into the same wall, he brought them together to talk about it — and that conversation became the first Ripple Intent Breakfast Club.

Today, Ripple Intent hosts 90+ Breakfast Clubs and events a year across 15+ cities. Each one gathers 30–40 people for the kind of conversation that's hard to find anywhere else: honest and meaningful — genuinely about becoming better people, not building a contact list. It's relationship-first, networking-second.

Ripple Intent is for people who want growth and connection. Most people don't know what to expect their first time, but they're glad they came.
