Emilie Jackson – Certified Tea Sommelier & Founder of Emilie’s French Teas

Emilie Jackson is a Certified Tea Sommelier and the founder of Emilie’s French Teas, a French-inspired tea room and boutique located within Centered Spirit: A Cultural and Holistic Center, which she co-created in 2017.

Originally from France, Emilie speaks French, English, and Spanish fluently and has lived in France, Portugal, England, and Mexico—countries rich in tea culture and ancestral traditions. She often describes tea as being “as fascinating and complex as wine,” and brings this philosophy to every tasting, workshop, and private tea experience she curates.

With over 20 years in international business and marketing, Emilie turned her lifelong passion for tea into a welcoming space dedicated to artisanal teas, cultural rituals, and holistic wellness.
