​This signature session from Our Studio Wellness integrates yoga, therapist-led conversation, journaling, and meditation—all in one. It’s a complete mind-body reset designed to leave you feeling grounded, clear, and deeply supported.

🌿 What to Expect:

Vinyasa Yoga
Led by Our Studio Wellness founder, Justine Chun, this mindful movement session helps connect you to your body, ease tension, and rebuild trust in your inner knowing through intentional breath and flow.

Therapist-Guided Conversation & Journaling
Led by NYC psychologist Dr. Melissa Gluck, PH.D., this 30-minute session invites you to explore your relationship to support, worthiness, and self-trust.
We’ll unpack emotional triggers, societal conditioning, and the stories we carry—and replace them with tools for navigating life from a more empowered, grounded place. You’ll:

  • ​Reflect on personal narratives around asking for help
  • ​Explore the difference between gut instinct and conditioning
  • ​Use guided journaling to reconnect with what you need, not what the world expects
  • ​Walk away with three practical tools to build self-trust every day

Meditation & Reset
A closing meditation to leave you with a renewed sense of calm and inner connection.
