Broker Management Procedures

Effective July 1, 2025 - Broker License Renewal Guidelines

GREC will require an 18 Hour of Study for all brokers to renew their license every 4-year period which will be part of the required 36 hours CE requirement.

The required 3 hours of license law CE will remain in effect for all licensees.

Cathy McDaniel, has had a far-reaching career that includes over 29 years in the real estate industry, more than 18 years of teaching experience and is known as a subject matter expert and consumer advocate in homeownership. She has authored more than 300 training manuals, met and trained more than 180,000 real estate professionals and has conducted more than 3,000 live classes since 2007. During 2022, more than 37,000 registered for a class through Eventbrite. She just received the CDEI - Certified Distance Education Instructor Designation.
