Atelier Dance Company is proud to present 'Foundations…and the stories that built us'.
As this season is a milestone, we decided to first take a look back on the previous seasons of Atelier, as those seasons built the foundation for who we are as a company today. The evening will be peppered with pieces brought back as repertory, re-staged, and re-cast.
Our choreographers also took their creativity in new directions. You'll see an ode to a strong matriarchal foundation, a piece reflecting on the challenges of moving and building a new foundation, and a piece exploring the realization that a foundation you’ve built is maybe not so steady…but instead, it's cracking—and so much more!
