Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable.

What’s the parking situation?

Parking is neighborhood street parking. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot close to the venue.

Will there be food or drinks for sale?

No food or drinks will be sold at the event.

What time does the event end?

All attendees must leave the venue by 1 PM.

Can I bring more keyboards than I registered?

We ask that you only bring the keyboard you registered. Space is limited and we want to make sure everyone’s setup fits comfortably.

Can I touch other people's keyboards?

Only if the owner allows it. Some builds will have signs indicating if you can touch, lift, or just look. Always ask first or look for the sign—when in doubt, hands off and admire with your eyes!

Can I smoke at the event?

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the venue premises. This includes cigarettes, vapes, and other smoking devices. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the space comfortable for everyone.

Can I bring a camera?

You’re welcome to bring a small personal camera to capture the day, but no professional setups, lighting or tripods are allowed. Other than that document away!

Can I leave and come back?

Yes! You can come and go as you like—just make sure your wristband is on and visible for re-entry.

Is the event accessible?

The venue is wheelchair accessible with limited space and some seating available. Restrooms are accessible. Service animals are welcome, but no pets. The event may get loud, so ear protection is recommended if you're sound-sensitive.

Are there any rules about what I can bring?

Yes, please do not bring any drugs or weapons. Pets are also not allowed inside the venue.

**IT’S OUR 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!**

To celebrate, we’re hosting a mechanical keyboard meet and we couldn’t be more excited to finally bring this idea to life.

This has been something we’ve wanted to do for a long time, and our anniversary felt like the perfect moment to give back to the community that’s supported us these past five years. Thank you for helping us grow, build, and serve this amazing space.
