Lynda Stafford former founder/owner of RMGS a $27M government contracting company. Lynda has successfully grown businesses in the federal space and specializes in simplifying the complexities of government contracting, coaching, and mentoring. Under her leadership, RMGS achieved significant growth, earning recognition on Inc. Magazine's fastest-growing private companies list multiple times. She also founded LXG Management Company, a firm specializing in training, HR consulting, and government contracting support. With a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a track record of success in both small and large businesses, she excels at simplifying the complexities of federal contracting for clients.

Kathy Lentz is the founder of Federal Insights LLC, with 40 years of experience selling services and technologies to the federal government and 18 years consulting in federal sales and market strategy. She has held senior business development roles at major companies like Booz Allen Hamilton, SAIC, and CSC. Kathy specializes in helping businesses increase their win probability for federal contracts by improving capture strategies, pipelines, and sales processes. She is an active contributor to industry initiatives, including the Professional Services Council and HHS/VA Vision teams.
