About Arctic Pulse
Arctic Pulse is a collaborative music initiative with seven partner organizations from Northern Norway, Finland, and Sweden—Norrbottensmusiken (lead partner), Norrlandsoperan, Novia, City of Oulu, Nordnorsk Jazzsenter, Scene Nord, and Musikk i Nordland. Our collective mission is to:
- Promote cross-border collaborations
- Highlight minority musical traditions (including Sami, Kven, and Meänkieli)
- Establish a sustainable infrastructure for music in the region
