I love to give back to my community, to my city, to my state!! Every year I choose something different!

Last year we gave away 1000+ bookbags stuffed with school supplies, hand sanitizers and wipes!!


Since it was such a huge success, I want to do it again!! But this time, even BIGGER!!

***I am looking to giveaway 1200+ bookbags this time! Help me help the community!***


Bring your children to get some FREE supplies to kick off your child's new school year right!

Come support our AMZAING local vendors and just have a plain good time!

We will have good music, great food, games for the children, and much more!


FREE Haircuts for the kiddos!!


**One bag per child. Child MUST accompany an adult in order to receive supplies.** We will not serve children who are not accompanied by an adult and we will not serve bags to adults without a child present to receive it. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times at the event.

We want all of our wonderful vendors to feel the love of all of their hard work and contributions to the event, in order to receive bookbags for your children, you must patronize at least one vendor table. The vendor will give you a ticket and you will bring that ticket to the Giveaway Table.


‼️‼️ Vendors are WANTED ‼️‼️ Lots of exposure and networking!!!!

There is a non-refundable vending fee required to reserve your spot. The vending fee is due at the time of confirmation from the host. We will not hold spaces. You have several options as a Vendor or a Sponsor. Please see packages for details of each one.

Tables, tents, fans and chairs will not be provided, you must supply your own. A tent is highly encouraged as there are no shaded areas at all. However, you may pay a small fee to rent a table and chairs from the host. (See options upon booking) If you are interested in participating in the event, please text 443.743.4259 or email Janie@TheEmpressTeam.com and provide us with the items that you are planning to sell, your business name and best way to contact you. We will not double book the same type of vendors. Once we confirm that you are booked you can make your payment on Eventbrite.

Is there a limit on how many children I can bring with me?

No, there is no limit, however, every child MUST be accompanied by an adult

How do I get the bookbag for my child(ren)

Will there be food?

Yes, we will have awesome food vendors!

Will there be games and activities for the children?

Yes! There will be great fun and music!

If I'm bringing more than one child with me, do I need to register more tickets?

Please only register tickets for the ADULTS that will be coming. When you are registering there will be a question to ask you how many children are coming with you. Please DO NOT register a ticket for each child ONLY each Adult.

Why as a vendor must I pay a fee and supply bookbags?

This event is non-profit. The more bookbags we have the more children we can serve. We list a few affordable items to include in the bookbags to be cost efficient to the vendor upon registering. You may also select the flat fee option to avoid stuffing bookbags which is $130.
