I use somatic healing, yoga, and mindful movement practices to create a mind-body centred movement classes that are healing and balancing. I provide hands-on healing, sound therapy, pranayama (breathwork) techniques, connection to higher Self, and bits and pieces of psychoeducation for a truly holistic experience in all my workshops and women's circles.Find peace, stillness and a sense of appreciation of your incredible mind and body.
