All group sessions are open to complete beginners.As long as you are able-bodied you will be able to attend any of the sessions as they are not categorised into beginners or expert.That said, the sessions do vary in levels of vitality, strength and energy. Rest assured that there are always options to take your practise up or down a level depending on how you are feeling.
