Token Man was launched in 2014 with the aim of engaging men in the gender equity discussion and giving them a greater empathy for the barriers that women and other historically marginalised groups face in the workplace. Our goal is ultimately to inspire those men to do the work to become change-makers, creating workplaces that are truly inclusive and diverse.
