Risky Brisket has won many BBQ contests, including multiple perfect scores (180's) and 1st place category wins. Sean has taught over 50 BBQ classes around Chicagoland combining his experience, love for BBQ, and exuberant personality into an action-packed 5-hour course for students of all skill levels.
