Located in the heart of Dupont Circle, the Viva Center is an empowerment-based group of trauma-informed therapists who work to promote mental and emotional health in their clients and overall health in the DC community. In addition to providing holistic, trauma-informed therapy, Viva also offers an array of services to support the healing professional. In 2018, Viva launched their comprehensive library of free mental health resources, theResilient Brain Project(RBP).
