Organisateur de The Inspired Work Program
Over the last 30 years, David Harder’s has had a growing influence on how we work and in how we create the best places to work. His impact is centered on using accelerating change to our benefit.Succeeding in the new world of work requires a mindset, one that assumes all of us have a unique sweet spot in how we make a living. David has led over 50,000 people to find that ideal. From David,“No one has ever had the right to tell us what to do with our lives. But ask them the right questions, give them the safety to come up with meaningful answers, they will not only come up with a turning point, that unique outcome will be with them for the rest of their lives. On September 15 & 16, 1990, I delivered our first Inspired Work Program. We were at the Loew’s Beach Hotel in Santa Monica. The weather was perfect, people were playing in the sand outside while 36 joined us with the express intention of building the best possible relationship with their work.A few common targets:What is the one role, career, and business that will bring me the greatest joy, sense of purpose, and meaning to this life? What do I need to learn to be successful? What kind of platform (job, remote work, or business) will best support my life outside of work? How do I get the world to help me?Since that weekend, over 50,000 other people have used the Inspired Work Program to gain access to their best professional life. But most of them encounter an outcome they never expected. They learned how quickly they could change. Once that happened, very few had setbacks. In the years since, David and his team have designed leadership, talent, executive development, and learning programs for organizations such as HBO, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Loyola Marymount University, University of Southern California, The United Church of Religious Science, Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney, Baxter Healthcare, The Art Institute of America, and Amgen. He makes regular media appearances for news and human-interest stories, as well as being the business coach on the first season of Million Dollar Listing. He insists on referring to his first two books as “good sellers,” including The Truth About Work (HCI), and The Employee Engagement Solution (Career Press).Today, David’s most exciting work is in buildingworkskunk, a digital platform that provides access world-class support to gain access into the future of work. There are no charges with workskunk.David was a piano performance major at USC. He studied at the Leonardo Project at Concordia University which helped him become a noted jazz/pop performer and composer. Mr. Harder is turning workskunk into the first human development program with a full and original music score.
