The events listed in this collection do NOT require prior knowledge of Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Although these events are all inspired by NVC, they may or may not involve use of NVC ideas depending on who attends and what we are drawn to explore.

It can be difficult to get on the same page with someone else. Role-playing with a neutral party can help by making things feel less charged, lowering the stakes, and providing opportunities to practice different ways to handle the conversation.
