Lisa Loveis a sound & energy alchemizer with nearly two decades of experience guiding individuals and groups into deeper presence, clarity, and self-connection. Her work blends sound, somatic awareness, and intuitive energy practices to support regulation, alignment, and embodied awareness - meeting people exactly where they are. Rather than following a single lineage or formula, Lisa’s approach is shaped by lived experience, discernment, and an ongoing relationship with her own inner work. Each session or gathering is responsive and intentionally guided, offering space to reconnect, recalibrate, and return to what feels true and sustainable. Lisa offers weekly group sound experiences and occasional immersive gatherings designed for deeper exploration and integration - as well as one-on-one sessions at select wellness centers in Chicago. She also works virtually with clients who are out of state or abroad.
