Bill has been baking bread for over 50 years and, although most of his working career was spent in many different facets of the technology industry, his passion has always been baking bread.

August will have something for everyone. The first two classes were requested by students and the third is totally my idea. We are starting the month with a 2 day Eclair class, followed by a Boston Cream Pie Class and finally Detroit Style Pizza.

In March we are going to make one traditional Easter Dessert called Hot Cross Buns and one requested bread class - the French Baguette. Remember that your ticket is to connect your kitchen to the class. So invite some friends over and bake together!

As the weather cools down we are shifting our focus this month towards making a few dinner choices as well as one dessert. One of the classes even encourages you to invite a few friends over for a delicious dinner that you all create together.

Our first class is a 2 day event for delicious Stromboli and the second class is a fantastic Caramel Apple Crisp. In that class we will make the caramel sauce first and then use the caramel sauce to cover our apples that we bake into a crisp.
