Self Led Magic

Self Led magic invites a space for sensitive exploration of these rich aspects of being human. The term ‘Self-Led’, coined by Richard Schwartz who developed IFS, describes what happens when we access our innate wisdom and curiosity. In these short workshops we hope to awaken a sense of this curiosity towards the mystery and magic that is everywhere. We will be offering practices based on the IFS model, somatic awareness, animistic traditions, creativity, and attuned relationship.We will be encouraging the use of creative journalling during the workshop and as a potential tool for continued reflections on your own personal magical journey.At this time in history, in a world in need of wisdom, imagination and compassion, we would love for you to join us if this is something that speaks to you. We are offering these short introductory online workshops.
