I run Foraging Walks, Wise Women circles and Native Sacred Herb circles. My aim is to foster a connection to nature, the seasons and our bodies, to develop resilience through food and movement.I am a Community Herbalist and Nutritional Therapist, co-organiser of the Scottish Wild Food Festival, Founder of the non-profit Movement in Thyme CIC and co-founder of The Historical Herbalists.
