Flexible, Online, Level 2 Accredited QualificationsWest Suffolk College are offering a wide range of fully funded* adult education courses to employers to enable their employees and their families to learn something new.These courses are suitable for those looking to develop their workplace skills and knowledge to help upskill in a current role or progress to new roles.They are also suitable for gaining knowledge in a new subject to support a career change or developing a personal interest. All courses are12 weeks in durationand lead to a Level 2 certificate qualification and there are 17 to choose from.The range of qualifications will appeal to any workplace and covers a variety of subjects such as:Business and managementHealth and Social CareEducationCounselling and Interpersonal skillsPersonal health and wellbeingCollege Attendance and AssessmentOn successful completion of a virtual online induction, candidates will be provided with learning and assessment materials that have been developed to support individuals to meet the qualification requirements.These may include workbooks or online learning materials in the form of interactive resources and flipbooks and a personalised login to access the online learning portal.All learning will be online (self-study) and can be completed at a time that suits without the need to attend college. Dedicated tutors will provide written feedback on the assessments and ongoing remote support where required.Costs and Funding:These courses are available fully funded* by the Department for Education (DfE) via a partner organisation, the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). Therefore there is no cost for the individuals who complete these courses.
