Women Photographers International Archive (WOPHA) and Fast Forward: Women in Photography present the 2023 WOPHA & Fast Forward US tour –a year-long series of engagements to build advocacy and awareness for the Fast Forward manifesto.

Since its founding in 2020, the WOPHA Artist-in-Residence program has been a vital space for supporting lens-based women artists, providing a month-long opportunity to focus on creative development and connect with Miami’s dynamic cultural landscape.

WOPHA Assembly is an annual gathering of women photographers, collectives, and organizations to debate theoretical, ethical, and practical issues concerning non-patriarchal photography and foster a network for support and collaboration.

The WOPHA Congress is a four-day creative gathering designed to provide a critical space for photography. It will be held at the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) and various locations across South Florida from October 23 - 26, 2024.

The WOPHA Institute for Photographic Practices, Criticism, and Historiography offers conferences, educational courses, and experimental workshops with leading experts to build the foundation for a non-patriarchal photography academic program.

The WOPHA Photo Marathon is a dynamic 12-hour challenge of photo-related events designed to gather the South Florida arts community during #WorldPhotographyWeek.
