Double Dutch Fitness classes are adult group sessions offered at various locations throughout Los Angeles. Beginner to advance jumpers are encouraged to apply. Whether you are just learning, or have jumped since childhood, you will succeed, you will burn calories, and you will enjoy this class. I first teach the group a double dutch routine by way of military-style obstacle coarse training. Then, we each give the routine a try in the ropes, play a game and finish off with speed jumping just before cooling down. Burn upto 1600 calories. Move at your own pace.
