Equitable Selections Systems Workshop Series

We are building a learning community of scholars and practitioners advancing equity and systemic change in graduate education. Through research-practice partnerships, we generate, translate, and apply research into evidence-based, equitable practices.We promote equity in graduate education through cycles of rigorous, community-inspired research on challenges of policy and practice. This yields actionable findings, which are translated into high-quality professional development opportunities where faculty and administrators receive tools and resources to create institutional change in their local contexts.Our research-practice partnerships invest in change-ready organizations: ones who recognize their role in inequalities, have a record of taking action, and have bandwidth to do the work. With universities, disciplinary societies, departments, and their members, we are supporting the transformation of systems to select and serve the next generation.
