Frome Community Bike Project (FCBP) is a community-based initiative, which provides affordable access to bicycles and promotes cycling as a sustainable and healthy form of transport. The project aims to make cycling accessible to a wider community by refurbishing and repairing donated bikes and offering them for sale at affordable prices.FCBP runs workshops and training programmes to teach people how to repair and maintain their bikes, empowering individuals to be more self-sufficient when it comes to bike maintenance. FCBP also gives you the opportunity to loan an ebike, build confidence cycling on roads with Book a Buddy or be part of a social group ride through Frome’s beautiful countryside.
