Contact - For Families with Disabled ChildrenWe are Contact, the charity for families with disabled children. We support families with the best possible guidance and information. We bring families together to support each other. And we help families to campaign, volunteer and fundraise to improve life for themselves and others.We provide advice, information and support to families of all disabled children and young people aged 0-25 years, with or without a diagnosis. This includes: long-term medical conditions, rare conditions, physical disability, learning disability, behavioural problems, life-threatening conditions and mental health issues.Contact Website
