The session is led by Emilie Joy RowellPassionate about movement, community, dance, yoga, anatomy, laughter, hormones and baking.Emilie's a core confidence coach who helps people reconnect to their bodies, and get to know themselves better. With a backgroud as a doula, yoga teacher, Franklin Method pelvic fascia trainer, pelvic floor coach, embodied meditation and movement teacher and pro-hula hooper she has a range of deep, fun tools to help you find your rythm and flow.
