Since 1997, South Hero Land Trust has dedicated itself to working within the community to protect and nurture our most important assets: the land, and the people who live, play, love, and grow on it.There are many ways in which South Hero Land Trust does it's work: building strong community ties, forging partnerships with farmers, establishing critical links between consumers and farmers, geting kids and adults out onto the land, education about our natural world, school programs, and of course, land conservation.
