Facilitated by Drs. Arease Edison and Dontá Morrison, this wellness workshop centers on the intentional integration of spiritual insight and therapeutic practice, offering a holistic and clinically informed space for healing. Designed for those seeking more than temporary relief, this experience invites participants to explore the deep connection between mental health and spiritual well-being through evidence-based techniques grounded in compassion and care.

Guided by experienced facilitators with backgrounds in therapy, counseling, and faith-based healing, the workshop incorporates therapeutic modalities such as cognitive reframing, guided breathwork, reflective journaling, and group dialogue. These approaches are paired with spiritual practices like meditation, prayer, and values-based reflection to foster emotional resilience, self-awareness, and renewed purpose.

Participants will be gently led through a process of unpacking emotional burdens, identifying sources of stress or trauma, and learning strategies to support sustainable self-care. Emphasis is placed on the sacred nature of healing—recognizing that mental wellness is not separate from spirituality but enhanced by it.

This is not just a moment of rest, but a meaningful step in one’s healing journey. By merging therapy with faith-informed care, participants will gain tools to cultivate inner peace, improve mental clarity, and restore spiritual alignment—laying a strong foundation for continued growth and transformation.
