We all know that self-care is essential. It's in the doing that we fall short.
Learn more about how to manage your stress, overwhelm, mood swings and anxiety from a Women’s Wellness Educator and Coach that has specialized in health and hormone balance for over 20 years.
Beth helps women in their 40’s and 50’s implement healthy eating habits that last, integrate an exercise routine that works for their changing body, and reduce stress by practicing mindfulness, movement, and gratitude techniques that are backed by scientific studies.
Beth offers in person events, online group programs, private coaching, and international retreats focused on community, healthy lifestyle, and women’s health and hormone balance.
Her work also currently gives back to Project Soar, an organization based in Morocco that not only prevents adverse outcomes (adolescent pregnancy and child marriage), but also promotes positive outcomes including staying in school, entering the workforce, and becoming a strong future leader. Project Soar's curriculum empowers teenage girls to become better advocates for their future, develop the necessary skills to become leaders, and make a difference in their communities.
