Join us on 12th May at 7:00 PM (Online) for a special session to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week with the True Athlete Project. This session will be exploring how mindfulness and compassion can support mental health, boost performance, and foster emotional resilience in sports and exercise.
In this session, you'll:
- Learn practical mindfulness techniques to improve focus and manage stress
- Understand the importance of building emotional resilience and self-awareness for sustainable well-being
- Discover the role of compassion in deepening self-acceptance and improving team relationships
- Explore how to integrate mindfulness into your routine as an athlete, coach, or support staff
Through reflective practices and practical activities, you’ll connect with the mind-body approach at the heart of holistic athletic development.

Club welfare officers, coaches, club staff, and anyone interested in mental health in sport.
Cost: FREE – This opportunity is normally £35 per person, but it's fully subsidised for you. We kindly ask that you prioritise attending if you sign up.
