Unstuck is a creative, restorative experience designed to help you reconnect with your inner child through joy, expression, and a load of nonsense. Led by Kelli Michel, a magnetic and compassionate facilitator who revels in curiosity—with a signature twinkle in her eye—this program blends movement, visual art, music, and improvisation into something truly transformative. No pressure to perform. No need to be “fixed.” Just space to move, feel, create, and remember who you are underneath the noise.
