Join Vivien Wang and Ruby Leung from LDMH- Community Education and Engagement Child- Development Institute (CDI), for this workshop. They will discuss why children with Learning Disabilities are at risk for experiencing social challenges. Participants will explore what skills are needed to be socially competent with strategies that will be shared. This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers of children with learning disabilities (LDs), family and community members, educators, counsellors, and any other interested adults.
