Students identifiedas both Multilingual Learners (MLs) andstudentswith disabilities (SWDs) are referred to asduallyidentifiedstudents. Local education agencies (LEAs) must provideduallyidentifiedstudentswith both the language assistance and disability-related services to which they are entitled under federal law.
