About this event

Join us for an engaging and educational wine and cheese pairing class led by the expert staff of Lake Michigan College's Wine and Viticulture Technology Program. This unique event is designed to deepen your understanding of the science behind why certain wines and cheeses pair so perfectly together. You'll learn why some combinations elevate flavors, while others clash, giving you the tools to apply these principles in your own pairings.

This class is a hands-on, sensory experience where you’ll taste the dynamic interplay between wine and cheese over a flight of four cheeses and four wines. You will leave this class with both practical knowledge, and a deeper appreciation for the art and science of pairing. This is a non-credit Extended Education opportunity offering an introductory glimpse into the wonderful world of Wine. Space is limited, so sign up now!

Must be 21 or older to attend this event!

This Extended Education class is for personal enrichment only, and is not eligible for college credit. If you are interested in learning more about LMC's Wine and Viticulture Technology program, please reach out to Program Director Tim Godfrey at tgodfrey@lakemichigancollege.edu.
