About this event
The Many Faces of Grief Workshop (virtual)
Grief touches every one of us—and it shows up in more ways than we’re often taught to recognize. Whether you're navigating the loss of a loved one, a major life transition, or carrying the weight of ancestral or collective sorrow, you deserve a safe space to be held in your healing.
The Many Faces of Grief is a gentle, one-hour virtual workshop created to help you reconnect with your heart, breathe through your pain, and honor the emotions you've been carrying. This sacred container is led by Ashley from Asha's Garden, a certified Death Doula and spiritual grief guide, who holds space with compassion, clarity, and care.
Together, we will:
🌿 Cultivate a deeper understanding of grief and how it moves through us
🌿 Create space for emotional release and inner connection
🌿 Explore supportive practices that tend to the body, mind, and spirit
🌿 Share reflections and receive communal support in a nurturing environment
You’ll leave with tools for grounding, healing, and integrating grief into your daily life—not to "fix" it, but to meet it with tenderness and truth.
This space is for you if:
- You’ve experienced recent or long-held grief
- You’re going through a personal transformation or life transition
- You feel called to explore grief from a spiritual or holistic perspective
- You’re curious about how grief lives in the body and how to gently release it
- You want to feel seen, supported, and affirmed in your experience
No prior experience is required—just an open heart and the willingness to show up for yourself.
What to bring:
- Be in a safe, quiet, and comfortable space during our session
- Journal or notebook
- Water
