Join Heba Saleh, a writer, entrepreneur, and certified RYT-550 yoga instructor, alongside Abraham Dejene, a mindfulness teacher trainer at Brown University and Harvard University, for an interactive session on deepening mindfulness through consistency. As advocates for holistic wellness and mental health, Abe and Heba will explore practical strategies for integrating mindfulness into daily life, relationships, and healing.

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month in May, any proceeds from this event will go to Postpartum Support International (PSI), an organization dedicated to mental health awareness and support.
