The Art of Connection is a dynamic, healing-centered 4-hour training designed to help participants discover their authentic voice, navigate storytelling with care, set healthy boundaries, and build meaningful, lasting partnerships. Through a balance of reflective exercises, role-playing, storytelling, and practical tools, participants will strengthen their ability to show up fully in both personal and professional

Training Objectives:

  • Claim Your Authentic Voice: Reflect on your personal narrative, values, and identity beyond titles and roles.
  • Storytelling with Care: Learn how to share your story while practicing discernment, care, and cultural humility.
  • Establish and Maintain Healthy Boundaries: Develop boundary-setting techniques that support both personal well-being and professional sustainability. Build Authentic Partnerships:
  • Strengthen communication skills, identify shared values, and cultivate collaborations rooted in trust and respect.
  • Integrate Care into Connection: Apply healing-centered practices that honor both self and community while building partnerships.

Trainer

Dominique Mack is an innovative writer, advocate, and consultant with over 15 years of human services experience. Her expertise delivers interactive and impactful training that centers on people of color and marginalized communities, advocating for equity and access. As the visionary behind Community Rx, Dominique is dedicated to community healing and strategic transformation. A proud native of Brunswick, Georgia, and a mother to her daughter Zora, Dominique’s work is rooted in her family, community, and Black folk values.
