CLASS DESCRIPTION:

In this hands-on workshop, participants will receive a crash course in the art of scents and fragrance, learning how to blend and create captivating aromas. You’ll explore various scent profiles and the techniques behind crafting unique fragrances.

By the end of the class, you'll have the opportunity to make your very own customized diffuser and room spray, choosing from a selection of scents that best suit your style. Each participant will leave with one scent diffuser and room spray to liven up their space at home or work. This is a fun and creative experience for anyone looking to dive into the world of fragrance and bring home personalized, handmade creations!

About the Instructor:

T. W. Aromatics and Co. Based in Richmond, VA, We specialize in handmade, handcrafted scented goods intended to enhance your personal spaces. Each scent has a purpose to bring about balance, peace, motivation and more!

Trenace always has an aroma going in her home and loves how that makes her feel more in tune with her space. Whether an aroma is coming from a candle, incense, or diffuser there is something that smells good in the air. In 2019, she decided to share her love for aromas with others so they too can have aromatic experiences. So take a moment ...when it smells better...you feel better!!

Frequently asked questions

Are children allowed to attend this class?

Yes! We are excited for any little aspiring makers to join us in the DIY classes, but we do ask that if your little is under 13 they are accompanied by an adult. Please know that some of our classes use sharp, hot, or otherwise hazardous tools for children’s use.

For classes with alcohol included, will there be non-alcoholic options?

Yes! To substitute the event wine, we have a selection of local non-alcoholic options. Including canned coffee, water, or iced tea. Please let an associate know if you require a non-alcoholic option.

Can I bring my own wine+beer or are there beverages available for purchase?

Our alcohol license prohibits the consumption of outside alcohol in our class area. Drinks are available for purchase at our Richmond location.

What is your refund policy?

For a full refund to your original payment method, attendees must reach out to the Event Coordinator for a refund 3 days in advance of the class.

How can I get a refund or transfer if the class is cancelled?

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, you will receive an email from the Event Coordinator to inform you of your refund options. If there is another upcoming class with the same instructor, you can also choose to transfer your ticket to a new date.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Our Old Town and Richmond locations are all wheelchair accessible for the class area. Our class tables are high tops, but let us know if you need folding table accommodations.

Can I use a Shop Made gift card to register for the class?

Yes! Our Shop Made gift cards can be used for classes, you will just need to contact the location directly to have the card processed in our system and we can manually enter you into the Eventbrite backend.

Do I need to bring anything to the event?

Nope! Teachers and Shop Made provide all class materials unless otherwise stated in the class description.
