Business Information Meeting #2 and Matchmaking Outreach Session for Terminal 3 North 2 Concourse Food and Beverage and Retail Concession Opportunities

On May 9, the City of Phoenix Aviation Department is conducting a Business Information Meeting and a Business Matchmaking Session for concession operators and other interested parties including ACDBE, DBE and potential concessions suppliers, in preparation for the release of competitive Revenue Contract Solicitations (RCS) for Terminal 3 concession opportunities. These RCS will offer up to five contracting opportunities.

EVENT SCHEDULE

11 a.m. - Business Information Meeting: Hear from the Business and Properties team to learn about the scope of the RCS opportunity and ask any questions you have on the process. In addition, learn about the Airport's Small Business Program and outreach requirements included in the contract.
12 p.m. - Lunch Break: Attendees can break for lunch on their own at any of the nearby restaurants. (Lunch will not be provided)
1:30 p.m. - Business Matchmaking Event: This matchmaking event is for small businesses to meet and connect with prime businesses through timed scheduled sessions. The purpose of this matchmaking event is to create a space for potential partnerships to be built in preparation for bidding on these concession opportunities. Registration is required in order to attend this portion of the event.

Registration will close on Monday, May 5.

This event is in-person only at the Burton Barr Library 1st Floor Pulliam Auditorium.
