Come join us for a fun and interactive sushi-making class with Great Wave! Learn the basics of sushi rolling and create your own delicious rolls. No experience needed, just a love for sushi! The event will be held at Goodfire Brewing Company, so you can enjoy amazing craft beer while you roll. Don't miss out on this unique culinary experience!

Over the course of this 2 hour class you will learn proper knife techniques, sushi rolling and recipe creations. I will show you how to make 5 different types of sushi rolls followed by 1 hand roll.
