Start Up! Louisiana Bootcamp is a 6-hour entrepreneurial training program that teaches aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs the fundamentals of entrepreneurial business planning. This training provides best practices for building a solid business foundation that creates opportunities for profitability and business growth.
Topics covered focus on:
- developing your entrepreneurial mindset
- understanding the difference between an idea and a business opportunity
- utilizing the “Lean Start-Up” framework to develop a solid business model
- understanding the importance of using your financials to make better business decisions
Start Up! Louisiana Bootcamp is an introduction to ULLA’s comprehensive 9-week online entrepreneurial training program, Start Up! Louisiana.
This session will be facilitated by Ebony Chambliss, Principal, E.B.O.N.Y Consulting Services, and Beth Kensel, Director, Small Business Support Services Center, ULLA.
This series is funded [in part] through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and sponsored by Mastercard and Louisiana Economic Development’s Small and Emerging Business Development Program. To participate, attendees must be or become certified through the LED Small and Emerging Business Development Program.
